The private dining room takes a contemporary approach to the Japanese concept of ‘Wabi-sabi” – the art of finding beauty in things modest, simple, and humble. Traditional Shoji screens serve as functional separators, providing you with a quiet and tranquil setting for you to partake in conversations as you savour exquisite premium Wagyu dishes and the finest aqua vitae.
