The latest Wagyu Omakase showcases an unrivalled collection of Wagyu conscientiously sourced from Hokkaido, Tochigi, Gunma, Ohmi, Matsusaka, Nagasaki, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima. Each region's Wagyu bears different flavours based on the distinct hallmarks of its environments, delivering a sensory experience that embodies the essence of Japanese culinary excellence.

Chef Shingo's inspiration behind the menu is based on the foundation of traditional Japanese cuisine. In the preparation and presentation of each course, the team ensures a balance of “Goshiki”, “Goho” and “Gomi”, creating a truly immersive and delightful journey that is rich in colour, texture and taste.
